Ketones and balance diet.

I have had some success. Many people did not really see me too much when I was heavy because I was at home that whole year. But it became appearant that my traditional cardio was not going to kick this extra belly fat as easily as it had in the past. So I have done a lot of research on the keto diet and ketones as well as ketoacidosis. How it is healty for epilepsy and dementia patients to use. So I am feeling like it is all or none. With this diet. And then adding probiotics or somthing to control the gut bacteria that caused dementia. (Kombucha ) The weird thing is that all of these so called "fad diets" have high high acid and not the good kind of acid. There is Alkaline acid and there is regular acids and the alkaline acid prevents cancer (some believe) or should we say makes it harder to grow. And regular acids such as the kinds that you get from red meat and alcohol are going to be more prone to cause cancer. So if you are on the keto diet and you are trying to loose weight then you dont want to take in a lot of fatty foods if you are not withholding the sugars. Because the butter and things of that nature are good for your brain because if you are epileptic or you have dementia it is proven that your brain needs these fats because it is made of fats and it does help. But when you support this your diet your blood gets higher and higher acidic levels and then it does indeed burn the fat especially if you are starving it of carbs. I dont think you should starve your body of sugar or carbs but I also feel like some people have to do what their doc says. Just like A few beers can clean out your kidneys and it can help some things it can cause seizures for me . So for each person it is different. So what can you do if the keto diet is helping but you have not cut out all the sugars. If you get your ketones and you are also taking in sugar. Then your blood is high in acid that can cause cancer and CANCER FEEDS ON SUGAR. Soooo I am drinking my Keto coffee with sugar and I feel like I am skating on thin ice here. Ooops But I am not diabetic. so it should not cause any issues. I am going to eat some citric acids to balance my diet. Most doctors do not believe that alkaline foods can cure cancer. well I feel like it may cost the docs a lot of money to admit that there are soooo dam many cures for cancer just out of reach. All of them having side effect and even deadly side effects but so does the radiation the docs suggest. I am once again NOT a doctor but I have seen people I love take both roads to healing cancer and both are no longer with us. So NO I do not believe there is any 100% fool proof cure I do believe not be synical and saying things to justify your actions. Like Oh everything causes cancer. sure does but lets not take it all in ok. I think that we all need to maybe push for society to have a better attutude toward solid changes. Like having their own green house attached to the kitchen that can help ensure that the food you are getting has not been genetically modified and sprayed with pesticides. The laws alone protect the cancer manufacturing Trash that is societys money making infernal loop of death. I am epileptic and I choose to take in ketones regularly (or at least sleep my 8 hours and not drink coffee with sugar right away. ) Each hour after 8 hours of fasting your body burns your existing fat if you do not intake carbs or sugar This is how you get your ketones naturally. Lets get real here taking in fat in your coffee and paying an arm and a let for MCT oil basically just helps get things moving in the intestine. Of course this is good for digestion. But it is easy to eat some greens. THe question is enen after paying and arm a leg for Kombucha and keto coffee and all these higly acidic things to definatly help you loose weight you could do the same with organic foods. Although just because the FDA says it is organic does not mean it is free of pesticides.You can google the most common pesticides and then google the foods you eat. For example your fav brand of cereal ... You can google Tests of glyphosphate in "my fave breakfast bar brands" .People are getting sick all the time blaming inflammation on everything from gluten to carbs. What is it really Well you know I started a diet diary and cut that crap out of my diet. So you can buy strips to monotor your ketones and make sure if you are a diabetic you do not start getting too many ketones and dangerous levels can cause ketoacidosis and your stomach acid will stop breking down your food. This is why you need a balanced diet there is not any such thing as a special recipe to end all issues. But we all need to eat citric acid (alkaline foods ) and balance all this acid. How your sleeping and eating patterns
affect your weight loss.
Ketosis is the state that the
body goes through after no eating
for 8 hours and after 8 hours your
body produces ketones naturally
which stave off cancer and infection.
If the body gets food then that food will
feed your body but if you continue to fast
for a few hours the body will feed off of
your fat. So it is therefore detoxing and
if you usual dont eat after 6pm then you
will go into Ketosis while you are
sleeping which will allow the body to
start burning fat while you are sleeping.
If you have a family member who has
dementia and they sleep weird hours
or just someone who is unable to get
8 hours in a row of sleep then you are more
likely to get up and eat. I have to have

a breakfast because my medication
leaves me weak in the mornings and in order

to get going I have to eat. So what if
you just can't get the ketosis state that you
need. You can then choose to take in ketones
which is a type of fat that is similar to the
type of fat your brain consists of and it does
help break down the plaque or metals depending
on the type of food or drinks you are consuming.
As an epilepsy advocate I have
looked into the foods that I eat the
most and one was cereal and
others are processed foods
contain a lot of unhealthy
additives as well as heavy metals.
Kombucha and break down these metals.
I gained a lot of weight adding the
ketones to my diet via Greek Yogurt
which also kills of the excessive
bad yeasts that can cause infections
thrash and even cancer if the candida
is not flushed out of the system.
There is also a product called
kefir which is probiotic and is
really bad tasting and pretty much
all of these items do taste pretty bad.
You can drink water or any other
types of drinks that are not very
think and it will allow your body to be
in ketosis state. So if you want to loose weight
I recommend some realistic everyday exercise goals
such as leg lifts and drinking a little Kombucha a day .
I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks doing this and drinking green
tea at night.
I also try not to eat before I sleep .
I have not cut out all sugar but I try not

to eat any processed food products or make
my foods from scratch. I really do not like to eat
wheat after researching
that millions of bees are dying
each year I am not eating oats, wheat,corn as much as I used to. I only did 3 days of full body aerobics and only as
much as I could and started with 30 min. 300 sit ups a day or any core exercise!Guarantee rock hard abs. Now I can exercise an hour long video but I
have to take several
breaks to rest. I feel like
if you do a small amount of core exercises each day
like legs lifts and eat some fermented food
or drinks it will change how you feel .
You will be flying out of bed like a
ninja in the morning in no time.

3 cups of coffee)
