How your sleeping and eating patterns
affect your weight loss.
Ketosis is the state that the
body goes through after no eating
for 8 hours and after 8 hours your
body produces ketones naturally
which stave off cancer and infection.
If the body gets food then that food will
feed your body but if you continue to fast
for a few hours the body will feed off of
your fat. So it is therefore detoxing and
if you usual dont eat after 6pm then you
will go into Ketosis while you are
sleeping which will allow the body to
start burning fat while you are sleeping.
If you have a family member who has
dementia and they sleep weird hours
or just someone who is unable to get
8 hours in a row of sleep then you are more
likely to get up and eat. I have to have

a breakfast because my medication
leaves me weak in the mornings and in order

to get going I have to eat. So what if
you just can't get the ketosis state that you
need. You can then choose to take in ketones
which is a type of fat that is similar to the
type of fat your brain consists of and it does
help break down the plaque or metals depending
on the type of food or drinks you are consuming.
As an epilepsy advocate I have
looked into the foods that I eat the
most and one was cereal and
others are processed foods
contain a lot of unhealthy
additives as well as heavy metals.

I gained a lot of weight adding the
ketones to my diet via Greek Yogurt
which also kills of the excessive

such as leg lifts and drinking a little Kombucha a day .

tea at night.
I also try not to eat before I sleep .
I have not cut out all sugar but I try not

to eat any processed food products or make
my foods from scratch. I really do not like to eat
wheat after researching
that millions of bees are dying
each year I am not eating oats, wheat,corn as much as I used to. I only did 3 days of full body aerobics and only as
much as I could and started with 30 min. 300 sit ups a day or any core exercise!Guarantee rock hard abs. Now I can exercise an hour long video but I
have to take several
breaks to rest. I feel like
if you do a small amount of core exercises each day
like legs lifts and eat some fermented food
or drinks it will change how you feel .
You will be flying out of bed like a
ninja in the morning in no time.
(ba hahaha as soon as you have
3 cups of coffee)
